Lap Cheong Rice Using Rice Cooker (电饭煲腊味饭)

Ingredients (serving for 2)

Lap Cheong 2 stick, Preserve Pork Belly 4 inch long, Rice 200g,Oil 1 tbsp, Salt 1 tea spoon, Soy Sauce 1 tbsp, Green Onion Suitable Amount

Procedure
  1. Wash the rice and place in rice cooker. Add 1 tea spoon salt into the rice. Add require amount of water and stir balance.
  2. Slice the lap cheong and preserved belly and place on the surface of the rice in rice cooker.
  3. Start the rice cooker.
  4. Chop the scallion.
  5. Pre-boil cooking oil (1 spoon) in wok. Cut off the fire, stir fried the scallion in wok until soft, add 1 spoon soy sauce for making sauce for the rice.
  6. Pour the sauce into the rice when ready. Sprinkle fresh scallion on top and ready to serve.
Notes
  1. Adjust the amount of water accordingly to the softness of the rice due to your preference.

切肉肠 肝肠 桂花肉 腊肉 关刀肉 腊肉片

材料 (2 人份)
腊肠2条, 腊肉4寸长(约100gm), 白米200g,油1汤匙, 盐1茶匙

做法
  1. 洗净的白米放在电饭煲里,调入盐拌匀,加入水。将青葱.将腊肠、腊肉切薄片,整齐地排放在锅里白米的表面,连接电源开始蒸饭。
  2. 中火加热小煎锅中的油(1汤匙,15ml),至油冒烟沸滚,关火,放香葱段(或大葱的绿色段),拨炒几下出香味,调入生抽。制成调味汁。
  3. 饭和肉熟后,将调味汁均匀地淋上,再撒上新鲜香葱花即可。
小诀窍
  1. 如果各种腊味备不齐或另有选择,均可以作适当调整
  2. 每个人对于米饭的软硬程度有不同地要求,所以加入水的量可以适当调整
