Stir Fried Turnip With Gui Hua Meat (沙葛炒桂花肉)

Gui Hua Meat

Ingredients

1 Turnip,2 piece Gui Hua Meat, 4 dried Shiitake Mushrooms, Green Onion.

Procedures
  1. Wash, peel off and shred the turnip.
  2. Soak, clean and slice the mushroom when soft.
  3. Slice the Gui Hua Meat.
  4. Chop the scallion.
  5. Preheat the oil, stir fried the turnip shred and scallion. Add salt and soy sauce for flavoring.
  6. Add Gua Hua meat slice when turnip shred become soft. Stir fried together for 2 to 3 minute.
  7. Ready to serve with a sprinkle of fresh scallion.
Notes
  1. Highly recommend roll this dish with fresh lettuce and eat like a ‘popiah’.

材料

沙葛1粒,桂花肉 2片,花菇4朵,葱

做法
  1. 沙葛洗干净,去皮,切丝
  2. 花菇洗净泡软切丝
  3. 桂花肉斜刀切片或丝
  4. 葱切段
  5. 用葱白爆油,加入沙葛丝爆炒,用盐巴,酱油调味
  6. 看见沙葛即将熟,放入桂花肉,一起炒2至3分钟
  7. 最后撒入葱段拌一拌即可上盘
